Working on your own projects requires discipline. It’s easy to get distracted or, conversely, to work too much without stopping. I believe in focused work sessions. I set clear goals for the next two hours and eliminate distractions. This allows me to be truly productive.
The Break
You cannot pour from an empty cup. To do good work, you must step away from the work. Changing my environment is key. Even a short walk outside or sitting in a different room helps reset my brain.
